1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ClassAstra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Enterprise Licensing & Multi-Tenancy

ClassAstra provides a multi-tenant Learning Management System. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your institution. Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the core infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Security & DRM

While we provide advanced AWS S3 JIT streaming and DRM protection to secure your content, you are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of the content you upload to our servers.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). ClassAstra is not liable for gateway downtimes, processing errors, or delayed bank settlements outside of our immediate infrastructure.
